But man, the pillows were downright miserable, lacking any comfort and the place doesn’t have air conditioning. The entire hotel configuration makes it feel like a maze, with no windows for air flow, resulting in stuffy corridors. Plus, while I appreciated the digital access systems, the reliance on codes can be frustrating when you’re looking for assistance. the supposed 24/7 support ends up being a chatbot rather than a human touch. Not to mention, that constant thumping noise on the last night kept me awake from 3AM to 6AM—definitely not what you want when trying to unwind.

I loved how spacious the Suite was, especially with the large kitchen and bathroom. The kitchenette had everything I needed, which made it easy to prepare meals.
